Nea Krini takes its name from Krini (Çeşme) in Asia Minor, home of the refugees who built it after 1922.
Where it puts you
In a quiet seaside neighbourhood of Kalamaria, with low buildings, small squares and direct access to the shore.
Get off here for
- The seafront promenade and the walk toward the marina.
- Neighbourhood tavernas and cafés looking out to sea.
Good to know
Together with Aretsou it makes up the seaward side of Kalamaria. Both stations serve the same coastal strip, pick whichever suits where exactly you want to come out.
